How long will my web site take?
This will depend on a number of factors, such as the size of the site and the amount of content it will hold. Larger sites will take longer than those which are smaller.

You should also take into consideration how quickly you can submit the content required for your web site to us.

However once a completion date is agreed we shall endeavour to meet that deadline.

What part do I the customer have to play?
No one will know your product or service as well as you, so we always suggest you play an active role when agreeing content such as text and images.

It would do your web site no justice if we were to make up pages and pages of text without some knowledge of your service.

This will all be discussed during the consultation period, and fine tuned during the design process.

When do I pay for my web site?
As soon as we agree a price and you commission the project then an initial payment of £50 will be required as a deposit.

This will be non refundable, however you will at this point own an agreed .co.uk domain name and 12 months web hosting with our preferred hosting service.

Full payment will need to be made when requested after completion of your web site, or when it goes live.

What if I do not like the site you have provided?
Your Site Unique will provide you with various mock designs before any further work is commissioned. You will need to approve a final design.

This service is free of charge and you will have the choice to terminate any further dealings with us if we can not agree on a final design to work with.

If you agree a design and commission the work to begin we will require the deposit amount and work will begin.

How do I send text and images?
All text and images should be sent via email or supplied on some form of portable media. We can not accept hand written text.

Can I have a consultation?
Your Site Unique is based in the West Midlands, so this makes it difficult to commute beyond the district. We will try to reach all clients within this area but restrictions have been made to stay within the West Midlands. Feel free to ask us about alternative means of communication if you live outside of this area.
