By placing an order with Your Site Unique, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

Definitions: The Client : The company or individual requesting the services of Your Site Unique.

Your Site Unique: The partners or their employees


1. Work on the project will only begin when the agreed deposit has been made. Full payments to be made when project is complete and invoice has been submitted.

1.2 The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Your Site Unique all materials required to complete the site.

2. Deposit and full project price are non refundable but ownership of an agreed domain name (2 years) and web hosting (1 year) will become property of the client when deposit is made.

3. Your Site Unique accepts no responsibility for the misuse of a web site sold to our clients. This includes illegal content, adult material, copyright infringement and false advertising.

3.2 Your Site Unique reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise.

4. Your Site Unique will not be responsible to any changes made to one of its clients web sites by a third party.

5. It is the responsibility of the client to renew their Host when due. If a host expires. Your Site Unique cannot be held liable for this. However,

Your Site Unique will make reasonable effort to contact the client regarding host renewal.

6.It is the responsibility of the client to renew their domain names when due. If a domain name expires. Your Site Unique cannot be held liable for this. However,

Your Site Unique will make reasonable effort to contact the client regarding domain renewal.

7.The client assumes responsibility of the host and domain if it does not choose to use the services of Your Site Unique.

8. Your Site Unique are not liable for loss, damage or corruption to files or information stored on its servers or individual PCs relating to a Client's web site. The Client is solely responsible for any information or files relating to its web site.

9. Where asked to provide search engine optimisation for a Client, Your Site Unique does not guarantee any specific placement or high ranking on search engines.

10. All hosting offered by Your Site Unique is limited to 500mb of web site. space unless otherwise stated in a separate contract. If your site requires more than 500mb of space we will advise of other hosting solutions and then cease hosting the site.

11. Your Site Unique will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

12. Whilst Your Site Unique recommends hosting companies to host web sites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service.
